Is Volvo Cars Cardiff’s showroom open?

In line with the latest government guidelines, our physical showrooms are open. We are also available online for all digital enquiries, click and collect is available whilst service remains open. Can I still talk to the sales team online or by phone if I don’t want to come in?

Yes of course, we can offer appointments on the phone as well as video calls to show you around vehicles if needs be.

Is Volvo Cars Cardiff’s service department open?

Service facilities are available for new and returning customers, but to keep everyone safe, we are operating with a smaller team and pre-booked appointments only. We are also not providing courtesy vehicles or any customer waiting area at this time. Please do not make an unnecessary journey to see us if you haven’t had an appointment confirmed. Is the Motability scheme re open?

Am I able to buy a car online?

Yes, the whole process of buying a car can be completed online (except activation/contract signing). Please visit this link https://www.volvocars.com/uk/buy/shop/order-online to begin your purchase. You can reserve a new car via this link and can also reserve a used car if needs be by contacting us online or via phone.

How would I sign contracts for a new/used car without coming into the showroom?

We don’t have the facility to sign finance contracts off premises so will need to signed in the showroom prior to you collecting your car. We have a safe designated area where paperwork and documents can be signed contact free.

When will test drives be available again?

Test drives are now available with revised focus on how they carried out. Please talk to our team for more information.

Will a new/used car be delivered to my home address if purchased online?

We would not able to deliver the car to you directly. Your new vehicle will need to be collected from our showroom.

Are your phone lines still open; what is the best way to get in contact with you?

Phone lines are open again but due to demand and capacity, we apologise in advance if there is any delay. You can also contact us on live chat, social media, or fill out a relevant enquiry form on the website where one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I make monthly payments on my car, where can I get support?

If you have finance concerns, it is best contact the Finance company that the query relates to, such as Santander whose online link https://www.santanderconsumer.co.uk/manage-your-account/ allows customers to view their account and answer any questions about finance agreement such as payment break, handing a car back and being unable to pay.
